Our Mission

Strengthen the capacities of member organizations (MOs) so that they, in turn, effectively support Congolese farmers and breeders in land management and sustainable agriculture in order to improve livelihoods.

Our Vision

Congolese small-scale agro-pastoral farmers are thriving and earn their livelihoods from ecological agriculture.

Our Mandate

PELUM DRC’s mandate is to strengthen the capacities of member organizations to enable them to promote ecological, organic and biological agriculture effectively and efficiently through sustainable land management and environmental protection, while improving the socio-economic living conditions of small-scale Congolese agro-pastoral farmers.

Overall Objective

The main objective of PELUM DRC is to promote participatory land and natural resource management through agroecology in order to improve livelihoods through training, extension and dissemination of good agroecological, organic and biological practices.
